Voice Assistant Setup Guide

Connect your Buckko Locks to Amazon Alexa or Google Home in a few minutes.

â„šī¸
Your Buckko Locks account credentials (email + password) are the same credentials you use to log in to the TTLock integration. Use the same username and password when linking in Alexa or Google Home.
âš ī¸
Gateway required. A Wi-Fi gateway (G2GWUSB, G5GWUSB, or G4GW4G) must be installed and connected to your home Wi-Fi for voice control and remote access to work. Bluetooth-only locks cannot be controlled remotely.

Troubleshooting

My lock doesn't appear after enabling the skill
Make sure your gateway is online (check for a green LED). Remove and re-enable the skill, then ask Alexa to discover devices again. Allow up to 60 seconds for discovery.
Alexa says the lock is unresponsive
Check that your gateway is connected to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (not 5 GHz). Restart the gateway by unplugging and replugging. Wait 30 seconds for it to reconnect.
I can't find "ScienerSmart" in Google Home
Try searching for "Sciener" or "TTLock" instead. Make sure you completed Step 2 (enabling the Google link inside the Buckko Locks app) before searching in Google Home.
Voice unlocking asks for a PIN every time
This is intentional — it's a security feature required by Alexa for any lock/unlock commands. The PIN you set during setup is required every time for safety.
